My name is Pierce. I'm an IT leader, Microsoft-oriented engineer, and network administrator with  7+ years of experience in the San Diego area. My current workflow involves management and development of direct reports, IT strategy and roadmapping, top-level helpdesk escalations, Microsoft 365 administration, project management (with included systems engineering), and network engineering.
